Mam and I were talking, and she's agreed that me moving out would be ok. Seriously. No "Well, maybe it might work out", she's literally discussing it with me, and saying that it would be great for my confidence and independence.  I can't believe it.  I'm so shocked , I thought it'd take a lot more convincing, arguing, crying etc. xD
