I have disabled the balancer and forwarded all the traffic to Tycho. It was causing too much grief, plus the fact that no POST requests were being forwarded was really pissing me off.
Working on Perlbal now, should have something functioning in a day or so.

Hey All!
I have tweaked the Apache config file, so this should result in better performance overall. I am going to watch it over the next few weeks to see if we need to put in a DB server, or if we can go without.
